Reiki Treatment

Reiki treatment can take up to one hour depending on the person and how much Reiki is needed. A consultation will take place on first appointment.

You will remain fully clothed asked to lie on a massage couch. The room is filled with aroma fragrance and soft relaxing music in the background to help you unwind.

You will be asked to relax and close your eyes. I will then place my hands on certain areas of the body where I am guided. I will gently let you know when treatment is finished.

Reiki treatment has been described as feeling absolutely wonderful! But to accurately describe a Reiki session in words is quite difficult, since it is a unique experience for every individual Reiki often feels like soothing heat, which penetrated deep into the body. Sometimes it may feel cold or you may feel a tingling sensation. During treatment most people feel a great sense of peace and wellbeing, along with sensations of lightness and relaxation. Many people drift into alternate or dream-like states of consciousness during treatment, and some have been known to fall asleep!
